Points to note:
- Photos must be uploaded within the campaign period, those photos uploaded before the period are not eligible for the campaign.
- During the whole campaign, participants must turn off their photo privacy protection settings in Instagram
- The prize for each campaign includes FujiFilm instant camera, Lomography cameras or Polaroid camera (the model and the price of camera are to be announced)
- Each participant can upload more than one photo for each campaign, but a participant will get prize once in the same campaign.

Announcement of Winning Entries:
Winners and their winning photos will be announced on website www.neonsigns.hk, Facebook page and Instagram (@hkneon) within five working days of the closing date of each campaign.
1. Eligibility:
- The Competition is open to all residents of Hong Kong.
- Employees of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (Authority), their families or any person associated with the Competition (as determined by the Authority) are not allowed to take part in the Competition.
- Participant will be deemed to abide by the terms and conditions of the Competition by submission of an entry.
2. Prize for Winning Entry:
- The prize for each campaign includes FujiFilm instant cameras, Lomography cameras or Polaroid cameras. (the model and the price of camera are to be announced)
- The winner goes to the photo with most "likes" for each campaign.
- If there is more than one photo having the same "Likes" after the closing date of each campaign, the one uploaded earlier will be the winner.
3. How to Submit an Entry:
- Participants are required to follow @hkneon on Instagram, upload relevant photos or video clips to Instagram within said period, and hashtag "#hkneon" together with the campaign hashtag.
- Each participant can upload more than one photo for each campaign, but a participant will get prize once in the same campaign.
4. Copyright:
- By submitting their entry(ies), participants shall be deemed to have warranted that all entry(ies) submitted for the Competition are original work(s) and the entrant owns copyright to the entry(ies).
- Copyright in all images submitted for this Competition remains with the respective entrants. However, each entrant agrees to grant a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty free, perpetual licence to the Authority to use the image to promote the Competition and anything in relation to the neonsigns.hk project.
- Entries used for promotion purposes will be credited by their Instagram usernames.
- Subject to the decision of the organizer, entries may be added on to the neonsigns.hk website.
5. Notification of Winner:
- The Authority will notify the winner (represented by @hkneon account) by leaving a comment below the winning photo in Instagram. The winners need to submit their contact information to [email protected] within a week in order to obtain the way of receiving the prize.
6. Organizer:
- The Authority is the organizer of the Competition and it will ensure the Competition is conducted in a fair and just manner. The decision of the Authority on the conduct of the Competition is final and binding on the participants.
